Ergonomic Assessments
Perfect for the mom who doesn’t have a specific pain point, but wants to make sure she is protecting her body during pregnancy or postpartum to avoid future complications
Great for:
- Nursing/feeding
- Lifting (during pregnancy or postpartum)
- Baby wearing
It may be helpful to have a tripod or second person available to film you performing different movements available for a portion of the session.
Prenatal Movement & Delivery Excellence Course
A comprehensive program designed to prepare expectant mothers physically for childbirth. Key components include prenatal exercises, perineal massage, laboring positions, and early postpartum recovery. This empowering course fosters confidence for a positive birthing experience.
Best taken between 32 and 36 weeks gestation, this course is offered virtually in a small group session. Individual sessions are also available to be booked as an in-home or Telehealth appointment.
Group Course participants will be emailed a Zoom link upon completing intake paperwork.

Postpartum (& Beyond) Recovery Program Pilot Group
As a member of the pilot group you will get first access to the program for a fraction of the cost as my way of saying thank you for your feedback on how it can improve. You will also receive access to me for the duration of the pilot program to answer any questions you have within my scope of practice.
This program can be completed in about 1 hour of time
spread over a few days per week. It’s simple enough to do even if you haven’t worked out in years. It doesn’t matter if you are 3 days postpartum or baby is 30+, it’s not too late to reconnect with your core.
